Tough to grip, I might have to be a hero and start using chalk cause my grip just kept slipping. I don't like wrist straps!!! I feel I can do a bit more weight comfortably, but I need to strenghten my grip!!!

After doing these I feel everything is growing much better. I'm glad I started doing them. Barbell rows are also helping fill out my back!

Use chalk. chalk becomes manditory when you start doing high weight deads.

Don't leave home without it.

chalk work on all types of bar in my experience since most of the time it soaks up the moisture in one's palms and this is what makes you grip less likely to slipp
