With the talk about halflife and whatnot... if I take 40 mg's of anavar in the morning, (trying not to suppress htpa) should I workout asap? Unfortunately I work a 9 - 5 job and don't have the opportunity to workout till after work and I'm starting to think I'm not maximizing the anavar. If the half life is 8 hours, should I try and workout within that time frame for best gains? What does halflife mean to me?
