ANAVAR and T-Bol cycle!

I am going to be starting an Anavar and T-bol only cycle (oral) with the help of NO NAMES. I was wondering if any1 had any feedback. I'm going to be taking 10 mg daily of nolva to counteract any gyno (i know these two compounds arent said to aromatize but im not taking any chances, nolva will be my PCT too). Also, even tho they are fairly mild (compared to D-bol and Winny) c-17s im going to take either Sylmarin (milk thistle) or Liv-52 (never used it but i heard its good). on top of these things ill be taking general supplements like ZMA and Uni-liver. My cycle will be a short 6-week cycle (mon-fri), taking weekends off to keep my dosage up during the week and letting my liver and nuts recover. does anyone have any recommendations? random comments on it wouldnt hurt either. thanks alot

mon through fri? why would you not take them on sat and sun? I suggest you take the tbol and anavar every day...
also no need to run nolva throughout the cycle.. maybe after for 2-4 weeks.. I think a OTC pct would work fine
 
i did this cycle before----great results, personally i ran 40mg of each for 7 wks---diet and cardio were in check as well----milk thristle through out is good, no need for the nolva, use it pct, 20mg/day for 28 days----but dude, dont take weekends off, do the same dose EVERYDAY, even non workout days, your blood levels will be all out of wack if you do that----good luck

alright. the 7 days thing makes sense, i just got the tip for extra safety to take it 5 days for liver safety from a buddy, so id take your guys' opinion over his. but here are my stats Ez_e is looking for.
Age: 21
Height: 6'1 Weight: 200.5 lbs
BF %: 10%
Years training: every year since 8th grade. (last few years ive been on a motivation roller coaster)
Diet: good and still improving. Im in a cutting phase now, although im not looking to make any super drastic BF% changes
Cycle History: started out poor letting my friends get me into a Dbol Winny oral cycle without knowing much at all. actually liked the outcome and later learned the seriousness of the dangers. I liked doing low dose cycles because as i said before safety is numero uno for me. Ill take slightly less dose/results for never having seen a side effect
Fitness Goals: specifically i wanna break my old bench press record of 320 lbs, about 20 lbs away now. and non-specifically just look better for summer coming up.

haha well my proverbial arse meant no offense, the stuff i read on the subject were forums from this site so i dont think its a big deal. n im sure ez E does, thats why im still on the thread lookin for some assisstance.

Let's take a look @ your diet and also tell us what your training is like, i.e. what body part or parts on what day, etc
 
You need to be careful of cholesterol bro. Your hdl (good cholesterol) will tank on that stack. Get blood tests to gauge hdl and total cholesterol if possible.
You're young but stay away from saturated fats on that stack (tbol and var) and maybe look into xenical, a fat blocker.
 
referring to my motivation roller coaster there have been periods the last few years where i dont train for maybe a couple months bc of school starting and shit like that. my diet is - temporarily - low carb (mostly from veggies - lots of broccoli, asparagus, peas, carrots, onions - and fruits) high protein and medium fats (usually good fats - nuts, meat, fish, eggs, etc..; no fast food shit). also, thats a good point about my cholesterol. i eat a fuckin shit load of eggs but i try to keep it a 2:1 ratio of whites to yolks. but still eating sometimes 12 eggs a day on top of everything my cholesterol has gotta be fuckin high. i figure at my age with cardio at differing intesities about 4 times a week on top of weights (shaky work schedule, get called in alot) that my cholesterol should be kept in check better than usual. anymore info on cholesterol and diet would help. cholesterol is not an area of expertise of mine (term "expertise" being used loosely)

Dawg; The guys who responded about editing your posts are trying to help. Source talk is a MAJOR no-no here and no one wants to see you get banned. Sometimes it may read as an insult but no one is trying to slam you over being new. We were all new here once :D

Back @ the ranch; 1st order of business is to get back to a consistent training schedule, meaning training hard for 6 months to a year. If you've been doing that, then cross it off the list

Cholesterol sounds like it's a concern. Is there a history of high cholesterol in your family? Either way, probably a good idea to get it checked out.

Your main goal seems to be to add that 20 pounds to your bench....If that's so then ditch the low carb diet, carbs are your friend, GOOD CARBS....Eat like you're 2 people....and go 3-1 ratio whites to yolks...

At your height, weight, and age you should be able to get bigger AND stronger with the right amount of food and hardcore training. The diet and training forums here on EF are MONEY...

That wasn't the best cycle you ran, but that's OK like I said we were all new once. Hell, my 1st cycle was decca only for something like 8 weeks with no PCT! Talk about not knowing! My point is stick around EF and learn....and be patient. The right cycle for you is the one you run when you are ready.

and eggs are yummy but damn dude, your heart hates you, you realize that? LOL, get your hdl and ldl checked for sure.

And btw, if you do want to cut, ive been researching carb cycling, and apparently its damn effective, almost more than simply low carb.

And EEEyyyze E....Bro, our first cycles were like mirror images of one another..so we are basically blood bros. HA! Now I dont feel so dumb at least.

Agreed , i have been carb cycling on a cutting diet for a little while and so far it is working very well i love it .
