An oldie but goody Diet ( Author ThaCrumCake)

Is that not a ton of food? I'm not sure I could eat that much! Sorry, this is all new to me. I'm used to the starve and binge type dieting...can you really lose weight eating all that food???? How many calories does that work out to??

coffee...can I have coffee? with milk and a wee bit o sugar??

I'm gonna give 'er a try! got 30 lbs to lose!

Yes you can.. it's not THAT much food.. and you should be eating every 3 hours... not binge dieting...

Coffee is fine... try skim milk, and sweetner though...

Not at all bro, it just takes serious discipline to monitor your body and makes sure you are becoming catabolic, and also learning when to give your body a "higher calorie meal" to fill back out and keep anabolic and the thyroid roaring.

If you are not using gear just add in some pre workout carbs, 45 g of oats pre workout and then have 30g oats with 15 g dextrose and post workout (obviously about 50 grams protein with each of those meals as well).


If you are not running any gear would you still use these carbs before and after workout? If not what would you do different. How is carb intake different on-cycle?
 
That's pretty much my diet right now! Except I eat most of my carbs oatmeal and dextrose post workout (thanks Mak).

Just do a cycle of 800mg/wk of Primobolan and 50mg/day of proviron and damn anyone would look amazing!
