You're not going to get anybody around here to cut back on protein, that just aint gonna happen. The standard most people go by is 1.5-2g per lb. I weigh 200lb and consume about 320g/day.
 
TheOneCrumbCake was his name I beleive. The diet is soled but I'd add a carb up-day in the week. And oh yeah, despite real food sources and green veggies, you will still be HUNGRYYYYYYYYYYY people. But, results will FUCKIN SERIOUS.
 
I've been running a variation....I could post it up if someone wants. I started it about a month before I went on-cycle, and I'm 3 weeks into my cycle right now. It's hindering major weight gain from the sauce, but it is keeping me from bloating just the same, and all of my strength numbers are still climbing. The real test will be at week 6 when I'm either getting real jacked and cutting at the same time, or I'm stagnanat and not really making any progress on muscular/strength development. If it doesn't go the way I'm hoping, I'm going to say fuck it and feed my body like crazy...well over 4000cals. This diet is giving me about 2800cals right now and SUPER CLEAN. I carb up on weekends.
