Amp02 question

I took my usual 9 pills preworkout this evening at 530. Tomorrow I want to go get a early 7 am lift in, and on the bottle it says do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours . Would I be ok taking another 9 pills only 12 hours after lifting this evening?

Yes you can take another dose 12 hours later but if your doing cardio then just use LipoFLAME
