Approved Log Ultimate Strength Cycle - Strongman Competition Log

The doc ordered an MRI for the knee. Says it's most likely a meniscus tear...
Once again, I'm open to any advice.

So far for something like a meniscus tear I've heard that these help:
- DMSO gel
- wolverine stack
- Cartilax
- Pentosan Polysulfate (no idea where to get this)

Anything else I could leverage to help? HGH maybe?
Do you have any good allied health practitioners around you? Maybe a physio/osteo is worth going to see? Considering you've got notes as to what is wrong/what hurts already, it'd be fairly simple for them to create a rehab plan for you to start moving in the direction of recovery

Already seeing a physio regularly, but now we know what to do exactly like you said. Still gotta book an MRI, but the availabilities are late November around here. I just want to know if it requires operation or not. My guess is it doesn't, it got much better since the peak pain a few weeks back.

If it's shown signs of improvement then that's super reassuring bro, hopefully the MRI comes back with a good result!
