This is the thing with aminos.
In theory, they're a good idea, for 2 reasons...
#1: They can be taken anytime to insure consistent aminos in the bloodstream. And they can be used to increase the amino content of any meal.
And #2: They can use superior protein (such as hydrolized) than can't be used in shakes . (Way too bitter).
The bad side is...
You need to take too many pills.
They tend to be too big.
The protein is most often standard whey, so you might as well get a lot more in a shake.
They're expensive.
So this is what I'm thinking...
Use hydrolyzed protein, along with plasma serum protein to make a SUPER amino cap, concentrating on the aminos geared exclusively for muscle tissue, then add ingredients which will allow for more nitrogen retention. In this way, a single gram is more like FIVE grams.
So taking 5 caps will be like adding another 25 grams of the highest grade protein into your system, anytime, anywhere.
Sound good? That's exactly what I'm doing right now. It should be available in about a month.
