Am I overtraining?

if your going 3 days do something like chest shoulder and tri one day, next day back bi, then legs and calves the last day, thats about as basic as it gets, good results though
 
Probably because I have been training like this for a while but something in me doesn't like the idea of doing a bodypart once a week. Isn't that a little too much recovery time? Also what about people who train their muscles for endurance? Wouldn't they have to lift more frequent?
