d-bol 1-4wks 40mg/day
test-e 1-10wks 500mg/wk

all pct starting 5-10 after last test e inject

hcg 1-3wks 1,000 IUs/week 3xwk
nolva 1-6wks 20mg/day
aromasin 1-4wks 20mg/day

clen 1-8wks(2on/2off) stacked
potassium 200-400mg/day
taurine 3-5 g/day

i will also be getting 1-2 gallons of water daily with a clean diet, need little help tellin the difference between moderate carbs and all others.

OK here goes:

First - what are your stats, goals for the cycle, experience, etc?

I would personally run l-dex @.5mg eod from day 1 till 14 days after your last test injection.

I personally run hcg a little differently than you have it layed out...you may want to review the sticky at the top of the page - it lists a number of ways you can run it

PCT ie nolva/clomid should start 14 days after your last test E injection.

are you running clen during your cycle?? cant tell by the way you have it layed out?

What exactly about carbs do you not understand? The best ones for meals are low gi (sweet potato, oats, brown rice). Post workout should be high gi like dextrose. I personally use 80g dextrose 40gprotein in my post w/o shake
 
where's best place to buy dextrose/maltodextrin/glucose? I honestly cannot find any.
