Nope, but i did have a good bench workout
here's how it went

Bench - 45 x 6 , 95 x 6, 135 x 6, 165 x 3, 195 x 1, 215 x 1

3 board
225 x 3
255 x 3 ( PR )
275 x 1 ( PR , something is fucked.. last week my 4 board PR was 285... i got strong )

I've been hitting DBS exclusively for chest since the last week in August..Im gonna go on flat bb and max out tonite
