But think about this...........this was a "one night stand"..........now she's asking for bill payments??

I'm going to divulge something personal here, but I think it's appropriate. I'm adopted, and within the last 6 months I found both my birth parents and now I know what happened. She was 17 and so was my father...........she didnt' want her pregnancy with me to dictate his committment to her. She knew that he wasn't doing very well at the time but she also knew that he would bend over backward for her and marry her and all that. She didn't want that to be the reason he married her.............so she went off to another state and had me and put me immediately up for adoption. She never told my father about the pregnancy either...........which is kind of a source of contention between them, but hey....I think she made the right call. That's how you do it.........that's honorable, and that's where I get it from. And her and my father were in a "relationship"...ok? Not a one night stand.

I'm not going to judge what your birth mother did one way or the other. I don't think that situation has much of anything to do with the topic at hand.

I think that if she kept asking for money, he could just say no. I just think that acting like a giant asshole over the situation and calling her names is low class. I lose respect for a man who can't cover $280 of living expenses for the mother of his child. It reeks of loserishness to me. You think she hasn't spent $280 worth of expenses being pregnant? Please. You're completely missing the point and taking what I am saying personally - so there's no getting through to you to see what it is am saying.

If I had unprotected sex with multiple partners and got pregnant I would be too embarrassed and ashamed to admit that I didn't know who the father was and I would have too much pride to ask for money from my lovers to pay for anything - I'm not even sure what I would do post pregnancy in regard to paternity issues.. She IS low class.

She told him that she doesn't know who the father is and that she hopes it is his because the other guys she's f**king is MARRIED. (MARRIED the husband if another man) She already has another child and she lives with her SISTER.

Men and woman are not held by the same standards - it's silly to even suggest that they could be held by the same rule - it will never happen.

A man can't get pregnant - a woman can - it can argued what is right or wrong blah blah blah but the reality is yes women will be judged. It should be the responsibility of the woman to make sure she does not get pregnant unless that is what she wants or what the couple both want and are both ready for.

She wasn't looking out for the future of this child or seeing to it that this child would have a father or a provider (or both) - she was just looking for some fast cash.
