I benched 275 or 285 at a weight of 173 when I was 18. It took a couple small cycles to get to 365x2. My first cycle was just 100 Dbol tabs and the second was 10cc of test & another 100 Dbol tabs over about 8-9 weeks.

wow bro, thanks for that avatar! :) :p

Dude sorry to say but if you look like that, 315 shouldn't be a problem. QUOTE]One thing ive noticed goin to the gym is size dont mean shit.just because u look big doest mean u can put up big #s. and just because your small doesnt mean u cant put up big #s.

shit, I seen a black kid, ripped than more people I have seen on winstrol and tren, and he was benching 245 for 10 easily. He is a basketball player, all those guys have crazy genetics! I hate black people, they can be ripped and strong when we try harder to get less gains.

thanks guys, I actually put up 370 x 5 this week in the same form, so I know my max is a lot more, I just dont like to do maxes, too much chance of getting hurt

Good numbers bro.

I get the idea that when i put up my last post, i started something. Let me clarify. I've been strong on bench since high school. I set the school bench record my senior year (92') with 360 at 156 pounds. I hit 405 at 178 my senior year in college. When i said that i can hit 405 for 3, it's not that i'm tooting my own horn...just stating the facts. I will never look as good as NS does because he has killer genetics and a passion for bodybuilding that i can't fathom. But...apparently on bench, i am stronger. Now legs are another topic all together. 400 is a great squat for me. What can i say my legs suck ass! I saw someone talk about WestSide? If you want to increase your bench, listen to Louie Simmons...i trained with his guys once and added 30 pounds on bench in under a month.

*18.5" arms and 48" chest, 5'8" and 212 this morning.*

that is some impressive benching, I've never had it easy on bench like that, for me it was all lower body, deads and squats

for you guys that are saying that because he weighs "x" amount, he should be able to lift a certain amount, because you can......I really hope you guys arent serious because that is beyond retarded. Unless you are a powerlifter, then who gives a shit how much you lift. And if you are a powerlifter, then you guys are posting some piss poor numbers. At a bodyweight of 200lbs I could deadlift over 500lbs for reps, no belt straps or anything, so since you guys weigh around the same, then I guessto back that up.....

And even funnier, you guys talking about you weigh this much, and can bench so much at your weight, I suppose you guys squat 100lbs more than that for reps, and deadlift 200lbs more for reps. Because unless you are a beach jerk that benches 5x per week to build up a big chest for the beach, then thats how much you should be doing for the other exercises

Funny how that happens. I used to think that it was a myth and that people were stronger on certain lifts because they trained harder on them and i'm sure to some degree it's true, but when i started power lifting i found that my bench and deadlift always went up faster than my squats. It took me almost four years of really kicking my own ass to hit 400 on squats. It's bad when your bench is bigger than your squat! LOL.

*steals NS's leg genes and implants them into his own*

For what it's worth, i still feel weak as shit because my training partner is a beast. It's a humbling thing to get on a bench right after you see someone hit 500 for 3.

Damn, I need one of you monsters for a training partner... it's hard to push yourself when no one else lifts as much as you do. I lift at my college rec center, and sadly, I've yet to see one person there outbench me, and I'm not that impressive. I need a big-ass monster like NS or something to make me feel weak as hell, that way I can guilt myself into lifting heavier again!
