The idea of IGF-1 is NOT site specifig growth. ABout the only thing that does that is that prostaglandin shit.
IGF-1 is absorbed systemically just like any other AAS. ANd it will aid tendon and connective tissue growth in ways AAS won't.
Really, the best way to think of it is as a "poor man's HGH" but in many ways it's actually superior, depending on your goals. It's great for tendonitis (which is usually really tendinosus). You must monitor your blood sugar when you're on it as the most common side is hypoglycemia.
