Cardio is bad ass. I love it. When I get going I can't stop. 1 hour on the elliptical and 30 min on the stairs. I know your a good guy so this is not person, I feel though that guys that don't do cardio are not really into bb'ing. It's a reality of the sport. And I think those that don't cant do it are pussies.

YEA. ephendrine is/was semi-legal and didn't have a good rep either. Clen is Ephendrine on steroids--pun intended.

im going to make up a cardio and diet schedule for him--no Clen. yea at his weight and although he has muscle mass that would be too much strain on his heart. i dont want another Michael Clark Duncan type death to happen.

Sounds like you only want people to tell you your right..... Your wrong. Clen is not going to do anything for him without diet and cardio. And if he is truly a massive guy then clen will be terrible for him. Big guys do not mix well with clen. What if your friend already has a heart condition like a murmur. Nvm go kill your friend so you can get your finders fee. And high reps won't tone or define your muscles or make them shredded.

My friend has got to be on a rice-cake diet (just joking that's extreme)--but u all scared me into not getting Clen for him.

no Clen. BUT Im going to make up a written cardio and diet schedule for him--no Clen & call him/communicate with him frequently to motivate him to stick to it.

This friend moved up north to Northern California wine country so we can't lift together like we used to and so he can't spot me & vice versa.

so what the heck, there's no such thing as something for nothing...i provide a valuable service a diet and exercise schedule and he provides a small fee to me, all of which I will use towards the hefty price of HGH--the wonder drug.

Hope that HGH makes me feel and become at least 2 years younger...it's truly the fountain of youth--but real costly, at least for me...(hgh can be the subject for a whole 'nother thread)

I AM a good guy. I ain't all about the money--I do get "Roid Ego," (Roid Rage's nicer Brother) though, like a lot of ppl here do.
