Not sure where to post so i apologize if in the wrong section.I have recently torn my ACL in a Sporting event along with spraining my MCL and LCL ill be out for a while i'm aware and schedualed repair in the next week, 10 days after the injury, but curious as to how long after surgery will i be able to Squat. I am using a cadaver for my ACL in the hope to avoid more damage to donor tissue example the patella or hammy. Does anyone have any ideas? This is the worst injury i have ever sustained and am concerned with my recovery. i am only 21 so i'm hoping to recover quickly. I consider myself an elite athlete so i am talking that into the equation as for recovery time, But at the same time understand this is a serious injury so any info in regards to your own experiences or others you know as to when i can get back into the gym and doing lower body would be much appreciated... BTW the day after my MRI i was in the gym doing chest ...GOT a few odd looks haha.

prolotherapy!

prolotherapy? heard of it, but curious as to how many Docs around here would be willing to include it in my therapy? Its not really a main stream type of treatment.

Go to prolonews.com and I think they have a directory.

Its not mainstream but should be, problem is modern medicine treats symptoms and not the actual problem, until that changes and/or more people actually open their eyes to how modern medicine treats tendon/ligament injuries and how said treatments can cause more harm than good I dont see things changing.
