G's trying to spread the load out a little instead of sending out 70,000 PMs all at once... and yeah, I get a plane ride out of it. Going to set things up to give us better access so we're not waiting for some tongue-studded datacenter monkey to get off (the phone) with his girlfriend before he reboots a box for us.

Left the ISP to go semi-independent; got a little more time to give the site but I'm not cranking web code and most definitely not handling anyone's credit cards. Just keeping an eye on things and keeping the ISPs (old AND new) honest. If you've got an account issue you need to get Big Rick or better yet use the support address -- we got logs and tickets and all that jive.
