A winter mass cycle

Below is an aggressive winter mass cycle. I started at 205, lean, after a cutter and time off. I am 215-220 right now (5'10" 10%). I definitely wanted to end up in the spring at 240, dense and tight for a masters show.

This cycle is based on Galaxy's ideas for giving a new anabolic stimulus each month and rotating between a few reliable orals and injectables in your arsenal.

As for tools or doses new to me, insulin will be new (GH is not), and I realize this is a big step and have done my research. I also know I really need to focus on clean dieting. The 1g eq will be new (although 800mg before with no major problems). Test has never been at 2g before (1.5g, but not 2g), but this should be fairly minor. So there are a few gentle firsts this year and one major new step.

Dec, of course, is gone, gaining 15lbs, mostly water I'm sure, and plenty of strength. Feb is pretty fixed. March is pretty solid, but I am tempted to use anavar instead of drol, a la Ulter. April is completely open to change, these are some very primitive thoughts. So suggestions for March and April are appreciated.

Any tips at all about insulin, or insulin and HGH in particular are appreciated!

Summer and fall are spent off. I prefer 16 week mass cycles into intense cutters, with long off periods. I can do this because I am working around a few comps important to me.
 
What a cycle. It's planned out fairly well too! Whats your age and cycle history? Sounds like you've been in the game awhile though...

Big Andy, very good questions. As for no test, I thought maybe I would have no water at all for the show. But an old man like me will need some test I guess. How about prop, and what dose do you think? As for May, yes, I was thinking HCG/clomid/clen to come off until Nov 2005. What do you think?

Also, I thought I would post the "bulking workout" that goes with this cycle. It is loosely based on Needsize's 5x5. In other words, there is a big movement (like bench, squat, dead, row) for 5 sets of 6-8 reps. When I can do 5 sets of 8 reps, I increase the weight and go back to 5 sets of 6 reps. Then there are two muscle quality movements for 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Each day is one body part and some miscellaneous stuff.

I rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

When cutting, I do two workouts in one day, resting only 60 seconds between sets. Cardio is done every day during cutting. Not at all when bulking as I am an ectomorph and need every shred of ATP to gain.

I post all of this for education value. People can compare notes, take what they like, leave what they don't. Maybe someone will get some new ideas for growth :)

So you are doing a show?

If so, I would arrange some things differently.

I don't like March. You up the EQ to 1g and the Test is still long acting and at 2g.

That much Test and EQ will not clear your system by April and you will be holding on to quite a bit of water.

I would suggest the following:

Jan 1g test (I don't see why you shouldn't use more at this point?)
600 Deca
400 EQ (I don't see why you shouldn't use more at this point?)
20IU ew HGH
15IU ins pw

Feb 2g test
600 Deca
600 EQ
20IU ew HGH
15IU ins pw

March 2g test (switch to Propionate 200mg ED)
1g EQ (too much EQ, I would keep it consistent..600mg)
150 drol
20IU ew HGH
15IU ins pw

April cutter . . .
20IU ew HGH

(If you are doing the show you probably don't need the Test, but a little prop wouldn't hurt)

I think it will be very hard to come off of that cycle without Test.

I would suggest a taper down in May...maybe just a little Test followed by an aggressive PCT regimen. I just don't like the idea of going from all that gear to nothing at all (especially coming off the Tren and T3)
 
Thats a killer cycle there bud! Alot of gear! Whats the diet look like ? Would you mind sharing some of your cycle history ?

I didnt see Deadlifts in your workout. I'm sure you know what you're doing by this point, but nothing helped fill out my back like deads.
