Notes:
** I had to push Friday's workout to Saturday morning and no way did I want to squat on Sunday morning… HANGOVER…. I'm pretty sure I did not take any supps except the Glucorell & Sesapure pre wedding. It was harder than I thought to see my best friend get married. A tear never made it out of the eyes so that was good for my makeup. Bride is a very pretty girl so she looked gorgeous all decked out

. Lucky for me my digital battery went dead at the church and NONE of the pics would come out. BLURRY! So I went & bought two disposables & took some random photos, lol. Groom was adorable in his tux… his mom bought 35 cans of silly string which went unused b/c of the potential ‘danger’ of slipping on the dance floor, so she gave me a can and said “You better spray this all over Joey when we’re dancing…” lol I made my date do it

. I brought three pair of shoes, ended up only wearing two of them… wedding shoes & reception shoes.

Wonder how many calories I burned while dancing… I was doing some version of the cha cha I’m sure NO ONE has ever seen before…

… There were two other weddings going on that night so we kinda wandered over to the other reception rooms having their dance parties… wedding crashers maybe!

We also had a mini photo shoot against a random photographers backdrop & lighting, my playing photographer of course … lol Oopsie. Fun night.
With my previous poor planning and setbacks with training, I need to get back on the ball. It’s really annoying to make progress & end up taking a few leaps back… but I would not change any of my decisions. I have no appetite & still feel a bit thrashed so hopefully I’ll make it to the gym today, if not, squatting tomorrow.
