*** Happy Thursday everyone :)! No walk to the gym this AM, it was torrential downpour, pitch black & lighting everywhere. VERY scary to drive in, and I’m only 1.3 miles away!!! I got my butt up and didn’t miss a day (go ME!!) and was so excited to get my BF done again. Puts things in perspective and lets me know where I need to start from to accomplish the task at hand. :D Not such a good idea to go AFTER a big cheat though, results are mostly a little off since I’m 5 lbs up on the scale since yesterday. We Shall See!!! Great quick shoulder workout.. a lot of firsts today… I did seat Military with the BB for the first time AND I didn’t train with my IPOD. Lucky it was kinda empty this morning & I was surprisingly relaxed & in the zone. I was also NOT about to run back up 3 flights of stairs in the pouring rain to go back & get it .. heehee :verygood: Enjoy the day :D !!! :bigkiss:
