Kind of, Nelms put me onto the 5x7 split routine which I love. I'm playing around with the cardio. I find that I need cardio more for sanity than anything else though I'm keen to maximise the fat burn.

I realise (finally) that diet is #1, weights #2 (didn't believe it for the longest time), cardio #3 and supplements #4.

Well, consistency should override everything and be #1, especially for someone like me.

Just in case you miss this in my log, I wanted you to know that I finally get what you've talked about all this time. Only taken me a year to work it out for myself Maybe now I'm onto a winner
