*** Happy Hump Day!!! Going to try & update as best I can but work with be dominant until at least Sunday. Walk to gym was VERY nice today. Feels absolutely wonderful to walk in the great weather & be ACTIVE. Everyone was doing back today though, it was odd lol … :D Walking is great, any way to save some $$ on gas is a good thing too!! Plan to start cutting next week … should be fun lol :evil: I have finally entertained the thought of doing two things: running my 1st 5k on sept 17th & possibly competing next year … figure. Mine are squatting machines looking for less fat and more mass. Yeah baby! Last night I did 275x20 (w/ a few rest/pauses) ATF back squats and I think they grew a litle :p
