Thanks for the well wishes! Yes chemo changed my hair color, texture & made it annie curly. lol I do think it altered my DNA in some messed up way lol... I feel much better but still can't sleep through the night. last year it was like this too ( I remember b/c of Halloween time and 3 am is suppose to be a pretty ghoulish hour so I'd always wake up & look at the clock at say like 230 ) Anyway my pops was sick so we didn't go out last night. I finally crashed for a few hours & woke up again through out the night, the again around 7 or 8 ... decided to go to the gym.

That's too bad about the ferrets. I've never had that reaction to anything (knock on wood). Enjoy the rest of your weekend :rose:

Yes I did thanks! I feel better as far as NOT feeling like a crackhead, getting some sleep, no stomach cramps, head aches to a minimum but not GONE & no longer nauseous ...

Thank you!! I was getting a feel for working only OLY bb's & employed the rep schemes I've been using to have a little fun & try something new.

Moms & Pups coming over to hang since she blew me off last night! I prolly passed out last night anyway, & good I didn't hang out at the sick house.. If I had the 24-48 hour bug no sense in making it worse!

I'm getting lazy with logging foods but I suppose it only makes a difference for me when I'm cutting, doing a carb rotation or for maintenance. I have no set food intake since it's hard to eat every 2-3 hours, esp. with the Invisalign having to brush & floss after EVERY meal ... I can feel gums hating me after awhile, so I'm decided to force feed with some MRP Shakes to bumper the cals... also since I have no urge to eat during the day at work. The Myoplex deluxe have 310 cals so thats more than enough, or I can start drinking the Musclemilk RTD since I know those are high in cals.

The most important thing right now is the workouts so I NEED to keep up with those to make sure I'm progressing until I decide to cut. I MAY begin a carb rotation within the next few weeks trying to line my carb UPs on the holidays since I will be eating & drinking a bunch of yummy food. We shall see...

Chemo did this to my ex as well. She went from really straight hair to curly with a completely different color.

I am sorry to hear you fell ill. I hope you are able to enjoy a full nights rest soon. Perhaps put on an old favorite movie of yours, something you've seen a million times that won't keep you glued to the seat. Make some sleepy time tea to go with it and maybe take a melatonin. If this doesn't work you could always wake up all your neighbors yelling "Fire!" as you run through the streets in your sleep clothes. This won't help you sleep and it is a bit evil (well a lot) but it should keep you amused for a while. :evil:
