Yeah, sweat belts, sauana suits, garbage bags, it's all the same. It forces you to sweat because the pores can't open. Rubbing some vasaline on will help as well. As for the imputities, if anything, it'll get impurities out. A steam room is better than a suana because the dry heat isn't really great for the skin. We would do that in Pop Warner Football ( west coast)
and For wrstling in highschool to make a desired weight class
it works awesome you can drop like 7-9 pounds of whatever in a day
i had a friend come back from d1 wrestling practice weighted in at 172 before came back later on weight at 167 so they are very good at manipulating water weight might want to talk to some College wrestlers or coaches.
 
depending on my condition fri morning, I may try to sweat a little extra out....last time the aldactone was enough, but this time I need to come in dry and shredded to a point beyond insane to be able to win

big thing is you have to drop all the water, but avoid going flat, can be a tough balance
