800mg of DNP for 14 days(started today)

this is my 2nd DNP cycle. i weigh 210 pounds. i have taken my 3rd cap and already feel tired and sweaty.

what is a reasonable amount of fat i can expect to lose?
is it possible to lose 1 pound of fat each day?

anyone ever done a cycle 14 day dnp cycle at a dose
of 800mg/day? how much weight did u lose? were the results amazing?

I just finished 11 days at 600mg per day I will have my BF tested in one week and know the final results. Hope to drop 10 lbs and get my bf below 7 percent.

Finished on friday, still real tired, the heat, sweating I could handle, just tired all the time.

You'll lose 10 lbs of fat if you stay on that for 14 days at 800mg, you might not quite make it to 14 go at least 8 or 9

I did 800 mg 14 days, it was a nightmare...but in the end I lost about 12-16 lbs.

P.S. after the cycle I had a bunch of carbs to up my throid ...600 g carbs a day ->2 days....damn, I gained a good amount of muscle ...btw...probably a plus was my hardcore pre-contest cycle )

sup bro...i did 20 days at 600 mgs...but i only lost around 10 pds maybe 9.....i did mess up in my diet though and gave in to bowls of cornflakes , chocolates, and lots of sweet stuff cuz of the cravings for carbs. and i might have gone a little over maintenance in cloriesi think im sticking to 8 to 10 days on with 14 days off in the future.
