8 pack in 6 weeks --- need help

Gladiator, what it your thoughgts about this?

I would eat right after to get protein right away. Im not doing the cutting thing anymore so I havent tested it out, but the way I was going to do it would be to eat after. You dont need to fast all day, and you already burned the fat when you did cardio. You still burn calories after the run, but youd be losing muscle if you didnt get any food after

If you dial in your kcals and ratios meticulously, sure.

That is easier said than done and will most likely consume your life. But you are the only one who can decide if the ends justify the means.

Thanks. This has been quite the informative thread. Think I'll stick with the 5-6 meals a day keeping carbs low (and only taking in before 5 pm) and protein very high along with other thread suggestions.

I would also agree with the above to eat after early morning cardio. It has worked well for me in the past to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and then eat afterward to prevent muscle loss. It is a great way to lose fat.

So is prop and tren amd winny :p

I may have overexaggerated a lil bit... It actually isnt that difficult...

I just don't want to deter you from trying a CKD or any keto type diet at all because they are very effective. They are my favorite for cutting.

A few points on Keto that should hold static at all times..

- 60% of your cals should come from fat and 40% from protein

- Take your bodyfat percentages and calculate your BMR every week so you can adjust your intake accordingly.

- If doing a CKD always use some type of glucose disposal agent with every re-feed during re-composition.

I also suggest keeping the fat sources as clean as possible, especially when using gear and other ancillaries as you want to be cautious with your lipid profiles.

I suggest reading Bodyopus by Dan Duchaine. The book is pretty old but to this day I still think his diet is the most effective CKD diet ever. Even better than Lyle McDoanlds UD2 when you factor in that Bodyopus will not suck every single quality minute of your life to execute it. It is far superior IMO.

I don't start any threads and I don't post much but I only talk about the things I know.

I definitely know Keto.
