Thanks. This has been quite the informative thread. Think I'll stick with the 5-6 meals a day keeping carbs low (and only taking in before 5 pm) and protein very high along with other thread suggestions.
I would also agree with the above to eat after early morning cardio. It has worked well for me in the past to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and then eat afterward to prevent muscle loss. It is a great way to lose fat.
