Thanks bro, youre right I am pretty lucky to always keep my abs. I do eat good and train right, but some people have never seen their abs. How is your training going? I know you are big competition in the EF contest
 
what are you goals now with the cycle,, you decide to stay more cut up ? hows your macros looking per day?


im fucking all over the place bro haha cut, bulk, cut, clean bulk, fast with no food, then a triple whopper with cheese

But my diet has been awesome lately besides the burger. Heres what I had today, Im pretty much going to bulk since I have kept my 6 pack, maybe even gotten it a little better and i have been trying to bulk the whole time.

breakfast: 2 cups milk, 1 scoop whey, 2/3 cup egg whites, 1 banana, 1/2 cup oats

snack: almonds

lunch: bean, rice, egg with cheese in a bowl
turkey/ham slices with cream cheese/red peppers

snack: almonds

dinner: 1 can tuna
pickle, celery, mayo, romaine, spinach, grapes, edamame, apple

total cals so far - 2400 cals, 180g protein. Will eat protein shake, meat and cottage cheese before bed
 
Do you do alot of ab work? You got a good midsection which is the one thing I am missing and get lazy about working. I don't know why either, it gives that ''polished look''. Maybe it's just that you keep your calories low?

Only ab work I do is hanging leg raises with a dumbell between my feet so I can do 8-15 reps, and decline weighted situps. i actually just started the decline weighted situps, so mainly just hanging leg raises with weights.

I supersetted hanging leg raises w/ decline situps and my abs were sore for 6 days. Im doing abs again today w/ chest. I have always had a good core ever since I trained it freshman year all throughout highschool for football. I think thats why my deadlift/squats have gone up so much too.

I do only weigh 190, started at 171, but I am gonna try and get to 200 by the time my cycle finishes. Well see if I still have as good of abs then as i do now. Thx for the comment broski

I would raise your calories by another 1000 because 2400 isn't that much at all if you're trying to bulk. Yea usually i try to get 3000, still not a lot but enough. Just dropped it down because I was trying to cut down but I decided its best to keep bulking since I keep my abs anyway.

Heres what I usually do when bulking, and heres what I do today

breakfast - 2 large eggs
1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup beans
cheese
1 cup milk w/ whey
1 banana

snack - 2 pieces ww bread
1 cup milk

lunch - pesto pizza w/ ricotta, peppers, and pita bread
1 cup milk
1 scoop whey
1 apple

snack - almonds
4oz meat

dinner - 8 oz meat
1 cup veggies
1 cup milk

before bed - 4 tbsp ANPB
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Hanging leg raises supersetted w/ decline weighted situps: 7.5lbsx12 - 12lbx12, 5lbx6 - 12lbx12

Today went like this

Bench: 135x12, 265x5, 225x10, 245x4, 225x3
DB Incline: 85x8, 90x8, 100x5
BB Incline: 185x7, 225x1
Flyes: 50x10, 55x7, 60x4
Hanging leg raises supersetted w/ decline weighted situps: 10lbx8 - 15lbx12, 5lbx8 - 15lbx10, 0lbx8 - 15lbx10



IDk why my bench went down, but my db incline went up? BB Incline went up too, so did flyes. Everything but BB bench lol

Did shoulders/legs today. Shoulders were weaker? Probably because I havent worked them out in 3 weeks, but also because I had my cals dropped the last couple weeks. Anyway it wasnt that much weaker my

Db Military went from 80x10 to 80x9.
Arnold Presses went from 40x12, 45x9, 50x6 to 50x10, 50x8, 40x8

Not a long workout because I felt like puking after squats! Did 135x12, 295x5 and then 225x10. All deep ass parralel squats, made me want to puke. i got real lightheaded. Wish I could have stayed in the gym longer but my pump was incredible after jjust 20 minutes. Will take tmr off and work back monday

Yea shoulders are getting a little leaner probably from the ECA and katanadrol making them look a little bigger.

Did back today because tmr gym is closed for Memorial Day. Started with deads

deadlifts - 135x12, 315x8, 275x9, 225x10
lat pulldown - 130x15, 140x10, 150x8, 160x6
db rows - 70x10
seated calf raise - 50x12
standing calf raise smith - 135x12, 185x8

Only did 3 sets of calves because last time I did 5 and I couldnt walk for a week. Back was pumped today even though I didnt do too many sets. I know a lot of guys would disagree but I can tell when I have had enough. 8 heavy sets and a couple more things and Im good to go.

I wanted to get opinions on that. My one buddy said I should do 25 sets per muscle group haha. He said it says so in the Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding written by Arnold. I am pretty sure he overtrains because his arms are 2 inches bigger and im just as strong in any lift.

Anyway Is it ok that I am not doing 20+ sets? My deadlift has gone up from 225x6 to 315x8, and squats have gone up from 225x4 to 295x5. Bench went up from 225x4 to 275x5. Pretty sure Im doing ok lol

did chest today, idk why just felt like doing it

my bench went down 1 rep. Maybe from trying to cut the last 2 weeks and not gettin enough food? IDK but it went form 255x9 to 255x8. had a decent chest w/o but I felt/feel like i might be overtraining. IDK why but ive worked my chest more than anything on this cycle and my deads/squats have gone up way higher.

i would say:
1. squats and deads have more potential for faster increased
2. you may be overtraining chest (less likely)
3. possibly you have neglected/undermined squats and deads in the past...
your bench is close to your squat... so you probably have quite some strength to gain...

Yea, before cycle I was benching as much as squatting and deadlifting a little more. Never did them consistently until now. So 1 and 3 seem likely

My bench has gone from 225x5 to 255x8, so not bad. There should be pics of the wheels a page or 2 back ill post it again though soon

your legs dont look bad at all from the pics... you probably have a genetic potential for some amazing wheels...

My arms are pretty small compared to the rest of my body, and i know everyone sayd deadliftd and swuats get you bigger arms, not sure how squats do but i know deadlifts will. Cant pick up 380lbs off the floor with twigs lol.

Absolutely! I never consistently did squats and deadlifts. Now I do squats every week no matter what and deadlifts every 1-2 weeks. HUGE difference in strength with all exercises. My whole body is much stronger now. I don't do deads every week because my lower back would be tore up from both and I think your central nervous system would take a beating from all that heavy lifting every week and could cause overtraining, especially off cycle. But I do them as much as I can and it works, no doubt about that!!!
 
I think i might need to start taking more off days its jus so hard i want to keep lifting!

i couldnt imagine if i had done this cycle without squats and deadlifts. My buddy who did the same cycle 6 months ago got a lot bigger, but he only weighs 175. He gained maybe 5 lbs because he didnt eat enough. But he got huge as hell, big arms, big back. BUt he can probably only squat 275 a couple times and deadlift 315 a couple times. Hes bigger than me but way weaker than me, not sure how all that works...

yea just decided that earlier that im bulkin the last 4, 5 weeks. I want to get to 200 that would be sick! IM still using ECA for energy and dermatherm just because i have it
 
good work man. I dont see why you couldnt hit 200. If you just eat alittle more, i think itll come quick. And theres no way your gonna gain to much fat, cause your already pretty damn cut up. I would love to hit 200 being as solid as you.
Your strength gains are pretty awsome. I wouldnt let the 1 less rep discourage you to much. I very alot in my bench depending on how much im eating. The second i cut cals thats the first thing i get week in. i hate it

Me too! Ever since I've been sticking to eating a solid meal every 2-3 hours I have gotten so much stronger. I'm a month into pct right now and I am still pretty strong. Six months ago I could bench 275lbs 5x now I'm doing 325 6x. I use to not really know what I was doing, now I think diet is 70% of acheiving your bodybuilding goals whatever it may be.

You seem a little obsessed and can't make up your mind bro, lol! You're doing a Test/Dbol/tren-tfo cycle! Bulk the fuck up! Your 189lbs! I would pack in the cals and eat your ass off with good clean food and try to get strong as fuck! You will not gain that much fat and if you gain a little so what! You look good now but your gonna be mad when your cycle is done because you were not bulking the whole time and you will lose some weight afterwards. So beef up brotha man! Just my opinion
 
I agree with winny pumps. I have a hard time bulking cause im already kinda fat. Your so cut already that i dont think youll loose your abs or anything. And im sure youll want to come outa this with more than 5-7 pounds to keep. You could still propably make it 15-17 and still see your abs i think. and youll get even stronger. I know its hard. Im triing the same thing. But as soon as i feel my shit, its over. All im gonna be doing is sitting at that table eating my boring ass chicken and vegies and sweet potatoes and lifting as much heavy weight as i can.

I can tell in your pics though that youve gained some and lost fat. Which is awsome. You look awsome... so just think how much more awsome youll look shortly and eat your asshole off. haha

Im def agreeing with all you im eating like crazy now. Its amazing this katanadrol is bringing out veins and striations in my shoulders and im eatin like crazy! Lovin it, im continuin to lift hard for the next 5 weeks

I wanted to do my maxes next week, bench, deads, squat. Any reason i shouldnt do it? Any harm in doing a warmup set or 2, doing my max, then doing a regular workout routine for that day?

True true, i know a bunch of people on here inspired me to do it. Especially people my size, a lot of guys are around 5'9" 175 lbs.

nice man, Legs look pretty good and proportioned. good teardrop too. I got the genetic chicken leg disease myself. Ive done quite abit to change it and its helped. But my calves are tiny as hell haha.

How the hell do you get your calves bigger? Its impossible. If anything the little size they added must be water because they are still small as fuck

I feel ya! Genetically I have small calves. I have made improvements with going real heavy 1-2 days a week, then one light day with high reps. 20-30 reps and squeeze the shit out of them and when it starts to really burn do quick pump reps until they feel like they will explode! Been workin for me.

agreed bro..thats what used to work for me as well..until i started playing soccer..and they just naturally went kaboom! :verygood:
 
yeah i hardly ever see somone really change there calvs much in the gym if they have genetic small ones. But i have noticed bikers, and runners, and soccer players usually have nice calves.
I hate it cause if i wear longer shorts, i look so unpraportioned (cause i am) haha. theres not hiding it. But my upper thighs arent to bad

i started creatine too, im getting back pumps again. my weight is up top 195 though! I lost a little abs but fuck it im gonna try and get to 200, i feel hella fat right now and i dont like it and i know a lot of it is water but i know im also gonna hate losing the size when i come off so im gonna try and bulk up as much as i can till then. 200 baby here i come!

What I would do is wait and run the creatine after you come off the gear, that way when the estrogen bloat from the gear begins to wear off, the creatine bloat will kick in, giving you a slower loss of gains.

Just a tip I like to do. It kind of eases the pain of PCT a little. hehe

I think i am gonna taper my tren-tfo like a dbol taper into pct to help keep gains.

I already started the creatine but you think I should drop it?

Also before taking the pics, like a week before, should i take aromasin to get rid of any bloat i have?

Yea i look at them 50 times a day so i notice it a lot lol.

yea i dont know if i could ever stay at 200 with the amount of food id need to eat. I like being 190 but i want to be 8% BF. right now im probably idk 10, 11, 12.
 
i dont think 12 yet. I think im about 12. i have to be like 2% though to see my abs, haha. I bet your like 9% guessing. It definately sucks to see them dissapear though. It was hard for me to do awhile ago, and i havnt fully got them back yet. Im saving my cutting cycle for that.....
 
yea maybe not 12 more like 10. not single digit i have too much fat on the obliques so frustrating

i feel you on the cutting cycle i tried doing that and i got cutter but was losing strength fuck that. ill save it for another cycle. Im 5'9" and im pretty much at the size i want to be so next cycle will be test/tren/var and that will be it for me. maybe one every 3-4 years after that to get that look again.
 
yo everyone

im at 196, little bloat in the abs probably from creatine or my all out eeating whatever i want last couple weeks haha. I was gonna run 12 weeks but decided 11 was long enough. Im running my prohormone till next monday then i start PCT. Ill take final pics after cycle, and pics after PCT.

My PCT is susatin alpha, aromasin, clomid and volva. I might pick up some HCG if i can because i know i will need it.

Im mad that the cycle has t come to an end but i went from 173 to 196, 23lbs and kept every ab in sight. Good cycle and might only do 1 more because i wont want to be over 200lbs. thats jus too much for me and my frame, im not the bb type and i want to look good for girls not scary. I also like the look that is more beach proportioned not bb proportioned.

Was fuckin my girl yesterday and after a while it jus started going limp, uh oh haha. she had said earlier that i shouldnt always want her and that she wants me more when i ignore her, so i blamed the limp dick on her saying im jus playin the same game with you, now you want more hahaha. pretty good cover up

Here are some updated pics, i weigh 196. I got to 203 with clothes on, but i know ill start losing some water. My goal is to stay 190. And maintain 190. Any more lbs after that and ill be stoked.

i actually took the katanadrol but it was awesome. I started seeing no strength increases aroundweek 9, 10 then week 12 after being on it for 3-4 weeks my 275 on bench went from 6 to 9. im doing chest in a coupledays well see how it is then, but i liked it bro. definetly a plus to have it at the end of a cycle

Its gotta be genetics haha, yea i switched it to katanadrol, and took like 6 days of tren after the katanadrol. I didnt want to come off i was thinking about jus popping a tren pill every morning while in PCT but that would still keep me whut down i jus want to recover and do it right.

Dont cut bro, keep gaining but youll know when your getting too fat or bloated. I have actually dropped weight, i drank last night too haha, but this morning I was 193. So i have already lost like 4 lbs, of course its water I can see my abs a little better, but i dont look as full either. Either way it was a dope cycle and i hope the strength stays

How many weeks has it been since oyuve been off an oral? I would run it just because its your first cycle why not, but make sure your liver gets a break. Im hella glad i ran my oralat the end. I hope i can still make gains natty after this, of course not as fast as steroids but at least get to the point where i dont keep losing gains as fast as i can. It would be hell to get weaker for the next 3 months haha.

Im weighin 190, so ive lost 8 lbs. i know its wATER WEIGHT. iM NOT EATING AS MUCH AS I COULD BUT my strength and physique are the same. my deadlifts were 315x7 on cycle, and yesterday i did 135x10, 225x10, 255x10, 285x10, 325x6 so its about the same and that last set was after all those sets so i was happy

bench i did 225x12 and 275x3 right after. most i did on bench was 275x9 lol, but that wasnt after maxing out on 225. most i did 225 was 14 times, so it went down 2 reps. so i can probably do 275 for 6.

squat i am doing pretty good, i did 135x10, 225x10, 275x8, 315x2. I started at 225x5


all my strength increases so far

bench 225x5 ------> 275x6
deadlift 225x6 ------> 325x6
squat 225x6--------> 275x8
 
nice man. stayin strong. good job. your killin it on deadlifts. anything over 315 feels like alittle much for my back. i cant believe the guys deadlifting over like 500 pounds.
 
i only want to be able to deadlift 405lbs thats good enough for me lol

I wanna squat 365 for reps, and i wanna bench 315 for reps easy. thats my ultimate goal, the ill just cruise the rest of ym life.

nice goals man. thats my goals too. thats funny cause thats always what i tell people at the gym. i would also like to run about 3-4 miles without diing so that im just in good all around shape. a super human. haha.

My strength is still sick, first starting pct my bench dropped from 225x14, to 225x12. then yesterday i did 225x15! And i just got whey so ill be getting 100g extra protein everyday now.

I do legs today, ill let you know how my strength is for that. Sad thing is that im weighin 189, fuckin hated seeing that god damn 8 but its ok. i felt bloated at 198 and i knew a lot of it was water. BUt i stiill went from 171 to 188 so 17lbs aint bad at all. 186 is the lowest id want to be since that would be 15lb increase.
