im fucking all over the place bro haha cut, bulk, cut, clean bulk, fast with no food, then a triple whopper with cheese
But my diet has been awesome lately besides the burger. Heres what I had today, Im pretty much going to bulk since I have kept my 6 pack, maybe even gotten it a little better and i have been trying to bulk the whole time.
breakfast: 2 cups milk, 1 scoop whey, 2/3 cup egg whites, 1 banana, 1/2 cup oats
snack: almonds
lunch: bean, rice, egg with cheese in a bowl
turkey/ham slices with cream cheese/red peppers
snack: almonds
dinner: 1 can tuna
pickle, celery, mayo, romaine, spinach, grapes, edamame, apple
total cals so far - 2400 cals, 180g protein. Will eat protein shake, meat and cottage cheese before bed
