most of what needs to be done has be said already; make sure you are drinking a lot of water, you will sweat and piss water weight and will be less bloated...it will make your abs look more defined...it's all in the details. Also, get a tan.

been drinking a gallon a day, might bump it up to 1.5g since im drinkin the whole gallon by 7PM then before bed my piss turns yellow again

And about the tan I went 12 minutes in a booth last night and i fuckin burned so bad! Said it was new bulbs lol my legs look they are gonna bleed, i feel like im gonna piss out blood. no jk but they are pretty bad. I have already seen the difference.

Really all about having low calories, cardio and a tan. Any need for a diuretic? since i eat salt and dont plan on cutting it out completely

no need for a diuretic...just decrease your sodium intake and drink more water...tan lightly, slowely, start with 5-6 mins and work your way up....you dnt want to burn.
 
Bottom line here boys, like Ron said. If you're not doing keto, no worries about post workout glucose.


If you are, I just wouldn't care to play around with it. Metformin to impare my pancreas, so I can drink juice? No thanks.
 
Actually, not meaning to be rude in contradiction, but simple sugars post workout spike insulin levels, which slows or completely brings to a halt fat loss...

Hence, why we suggested to cut them out, when cutting.

Hence, expect to lose (some) muscle when cutting.

This is why bulking workouts are not advisable whilst cutting...unLESS anabolics are involved...

i agree about the post workout sugars. whey protein is enough with bcaas and glutamine.

training wise, whats bulking workouts? i have never heard of such a thing.

cool cool i will cut them out. I still do have carbs but only in the morning, before i was eating ww bread and olive oil and cottage cheese before bed. now its just fruits and rice/bread/milk all before 3PM.

Some people like to think bulk training is heavy training and cutting training is higher reps less weight lol. As long as you keep the intensity high during the workout (1.5 min. rests between sets) you will burn just as many calories and get stronger than if you were train like circuit training.
 
Ok, just a recap for myself....

No simple sugar ... ie: Fruits, etc
Drink at least 1 gallon water daily
No carbs after workout? Lost me here!
Cardio Every Morning on empty stomach
Sus500mgs week/Anavar 80mgs day/50mgs Prov
Only have complex carbs in the morning?
As much protien as I can get my hands on
Low sodium
Train hard as hell
Shed the fat and grow as much as I can

What am I missing here and what is the best for a late night snack....Protien Shake?
