haha, well just keep in mind that if ur not eating enough fruits and too much protein, that ur jiz will taste bad, as my girl states.

She rarly wants to give me head anymore more bc of how the taste changed :(
 
And if you have an 8 pack, you'll have your choice of hundreds of women who would love to deep throat your ish. Cutting simple sugar out is important to keep insulin levels stable for steady, drastic fat loss.

You can achieve your goal with stated above because of a strict diet. but... I'd drop the d-bol and maybe even lower the test or add winny along with an AI too bro. No sugar at all, maybe even all fruits for awhile... good luck

not trying to high jack his threat ,but will cutting out the friut make a diffence? i ask because i am trying to accomplish the same thing and have a couple of serving of fruit daily. Second, i have an addiction to sweet tea, does this contain enough sugar to slow my results? As for carbs, is cycling them better than cutting them out all together?

I am trying for the same thing, by doing what these guys are saying. Cut out all sugars. Sweet tea is good, but bad for this :)

cut out the fruits and only have splenda or some other sugar substitite in your sweet tea. The insulin spike is not a good idea when trying to cut. Some guys response well to a palumbo type zero carb diet (50 grams or under a day) while others do not need to go down that low. Everybody has a different carb sensitivity so my advice is too see how your body responds and go from there. Research the diet before you do so though as getting into ketosis takes a few days. In a nut shell I think you just need to cut your carbs... especially simple sugars and such and take it from there. High protein, add essential fats, low sat fat, high fiber.
 
so when implying to cut fruits, simple carbs, are you including drinks like OJ, cranberry juice, v8 (lol i just needed to put that in there even tho its a vege)

all my carbs are copmlex, maybe 100 a day, and come before 3PM.
