8 pack in 6 weeks --- need help

Ok, just a recap for myself....

No simple sugar ... ie: Fruits, etc
Drink at least 1 gallon water daily
No carbs after workout? Lost me here!
Cardio Every Morning on empty stomach
Sus500mgs week/Anavar 80mgs day/50mgs Prov
Only have complex carbs in the morning?
As much protien as I can get my hands on
Low sodium
Train hard as hell
Shed the fat and grow as much as I can

What am I missing here and what is the best for a late night snack....Protien Shake?


late night snack can be a protein shake, but id have cottage cheese. maybe some olive oil too.

fruits are ok in the morning but limit it. I only have one in my shake to make it taste better. carbs post workout are not needed, you need less carbs. Try it out at first if you want but youll be able to keep muscle growth and lose fat without the carbs post w/o
 
So are you only eating carbs early in the day?


Yea some people say before 7PM some say before 3PM, i just try not to have any after 3. I either snack on almonds, whey shakes, and for meals i have veggies, meat, eggs. I try waking up earlier so i can get enough cals in the day with carbs since its hard to eat foods with no carbs especially if you got to eat for another 10 hours.

Carbs arent the culprit, its total calories. Carbs just tend to store as fat easier late at night.
 
I always have best results with a keto diet - 60-65% Fat & the rest protein

He & Alwyn Cosgrove came up with a stubborn fat protocol - hi intensity intervals to release & mobilize stubborn fat stores followed by longer duration steady state cardio to use the mobilized fat as energy -although you need to be lean already - 6 of your 8 pack showing.

Post up final pics & strategy you use - I am trying for 6 (hopefully 8) pack by July 4th!

if you do a huge ass breakfast at 12 after only doing cardio on an empty stomach and have a huge ass lunch with complex carbs before 6 and then cut carbs out and cycle them you will shed faster.
 
Just remember, carbs cause insulin, the "storage hormone," to spike. Post workout, if fat loss is your goal, this isn't good.


On a cyclical keto diet, fruits are a no no. That is indeed simple sugar.

Now, on a TKD, targeted keto diet, you may have complex carbs before and after workouts, and only then.
