late night snack can be a protein shake, but id have cottage cheese. maybe some olive oil too.
fruits are ok in the morning but limit it. I only have one in my shake to make it taste better. carbs post workout are not needed, you need less carbs. Try it out at first if you want but youll be able to keep muscle growth and lose fat without the carbs post w/o
