8 pack in 6 weeks --- need help

Cant tell yet Im on day 6 but if anything I can tell my aggression is going up. I dont usually feel tren till day 14. I had a triple whopper w/ cheese last night I was so hungry, still woke up with a 6 pack lol but still I need an 8 pack so thats not happening again. Ill keep you updated, you should check out my log too

Im not doing keto i was just doing low carbs LOL

But now im thinkin about finishin my cycle bulking but keeping the 6 pack. Honestly I wanted an 8 pack but I should probably make use of cycle, but i am already big enough. IDk well see what I do haha

Wouldn't simple sugars after a workout be good for spiking insulin just in that instance and cut out simple sugars, including fruits, the rest of the day? Or strictly get them out the diet? I'm trying to cut here like everyone else lol

I would say its good because it helps the protein get to the muscles a lot quicker.

I always have a cup of apple juice, something that is atleast a little healthy. I wouldnt say to eat 10 airheads LOL

BUt yea 25g of carbs from apple juice after a workout is fine, that wont make or break you as long as the rest of your diet is clean

Hence, why we suggested to cut them out, when cutting.

Hence, expect to lose (some) muscle when cutting.

This is why bulking workouts are not advisable whilst cutting...unLESS anabolics are involved...

Yesss..

50mg of Dextrose post workout isn't going to wreak havoc on fat loss.

I advise it when doing any heavy weight training workout.

Even on a standard ketogenic and/or cyclic keto diet it is suggested to ingest a simple carb like dextrose post workout.

If you are worried about getting knocked out of Ketosis take 500mg of Metformin with your PWO dextrose/whey shake.

If you arent doing Keto, dont worry at all...

Just take the carbs.

I am simply saying, based on PERSONAL experience and first hand those whom I have trained, skipping simple carbs works to drastically increase fat loss.

This is true, whether you want to admit it or not.

All you ACTUALLY NEED are your once a week, minimum, re feeds, which will go straight to depleted muscle cells, not storage.

If anything, since he DOES INDEED WANT AN EIGHT PACK, I would suggest COMPLEX carbs. Not simple. To avoid the insulin spike. An 8 pack is an intense goal to get to, thus intensely strict diet measures are called for.

This begs the question, dextrose: a simple carb, no?

Sure, you are correct.

Dextrose is indeed the simplest carb you can find.

Metformin will offset the insulin spike. Simply by bypassing the livers release or sugars. Which will in turn cause the body to release just enough insulin to cover the shuttling of the glucose (dextrose) to glycogen stores.

Correct me if Im wrong.
