Nice improvement.....I have a pretty good memory, and I think you got completely ripped when you first started posting, but at least you had some balls to stick with it and post pics.

Keep It Simple.......just the test p alone till the end of week ten (or even twelve)will help you make great gains.....as long as everything else is in line.
