In case anyone hasnt noticed, I havent posted in this thread in days, and as far as im concerned im done with it. The only red K I've gotten is from this thread, and have otherwise been a good contributor to the board. If some of you guys really wanna keep giving me red K over and over for the same thread without me continuing to post in it, that is unbelievably sad. It really is.

Yes sarge, and I appreicate it. And as per our PM, you can see that this is turning into a little boys club. The guy "young guns" just red K'ed me again for no reason So did al420. But it's all good. I know im making a positive contribution. If these guys really need to get their jollies this way whatever. It'll eventually subside.

52 21 30...Im not gonna give u neg karma but u said some gay shit. So fuckurslef. Neway this kid is strong. And comin from a rather large man myself i will say its easier for me atleast to lift heavier and be fatter and stronger than diet down to single digit bf. Cant say that i wouldnt like to be there though.
