I have to laugh when I hear people say my friend is 190-200 and 6' tall and man is he built or in a womans case "buff". I weigh 248 at 6' tall in this picture and I still consider myself one of the smaller guys.

i agree with you if your 6ft tall and not over 200 lbs ur not "buff" you could be in good shape but ur not jacked
