I have to laugh when I hear people say my friend is 190-200 and 6' tall and man is he built or in a womans case "buff". I weigh 248 at 6' tall in this picture and I still consider myself one of the smaller guys.

I'm 5 "11" 210 and as lean as you in that pic and look just as big even though I'm 38 pounds less. I've seen guys who weigh less than 200 make you and me look small. Hell, Flex Wheeler weighed 235 I believe in contest shape. It matters a hell of alot more how the muscle looks on the individual rather than what the scales say. I routinely ask people at the gym how much they think I weigh and the response is usually 230. People with small joints and full muscle bellies always look bigger. Your post is a slap in the face to everyone in the gym who busts their ass everyday to put on more QUALITY size. And don't jump on me with that newbie bullshit. I've been in the gym 15 years and have been around when anabolic androgenic steroids were like buying supplements. I rather just not post for the sake of posting, but your thread is condescending and rude at best so I had to say something. Now go jump back on the scale big gay, I mean guy!

I was going to trim them so it wasn't curly, but i slipped witht he clippers and had a bald spot so i said fuck it, did em all.

LOL - that's one area where very short hair is better than no hair. Heat rashes in the summer, dry skin in the winter, it's miserable.

ya alot of ppl my age think im some big ass buff dude wen really im not im the smallest at my gym and i think i have a decent build im 6'2 around 220 to 225 but i kno wat ur sayin some ppl say kids that r smaller then me are big as fuck nd it pisses me off but u gotta keep in mind they r the ppl that nv steped into a gym ever

foolish statement. 185 at 5% is jacked in a big fucking way let alone 190, look at pics of makavelli 6 feet 190 and tell me that. someone who is 220 20% bf has way less muscle mass than a person who is 190 single digit. some of the best looking light heavies go on stage at 185 and look spectacular and by no means are not jacked.
