I'm so glad I'm out of the "i want everyone to watch me bench/squat" phase. I think everyone goes through that from like 18-25 or so. Now, i could give two fucks what people see me lift. Hell, half the time I use the Nautilus machines now with the same results. whatever
you cant think about anything else other than pushing weight or else it will INTERFER COMPLETELY with your training and jeoparadize your growth and time
Good point...But once again it dont matter how big i am, to me i am not bg enough...Their is always someone bigger and more cut up..I think thats how alot of us feel
oh yeah! gotcha! and that is the dangerous part. Is the same for a model who thinks that she is fat; and she keeps losing weight because she knows there is another model more popular and hotter out there so she stop eating and drop pound after pound; this is the same but the other way, and is not healthy. Of course there will be bigger guys than you; but YOU DEFINE YOUR OWN GOALS; look for a specific model or bodybuilder and take it as your target; once you reach your point, probably you'll feel small again, but that's where your brain interfere and define what is wrong and what is right.
I shaved my legs (and entire body except for armpits) for the first time last week and its fucking weird wearing jeans now. But other than that it feels good and increases definition.
