5X5 training while ON

yeah i know what you mean...i just started it ..and so far i like it!!!
 
I have better luck on size with high reps. I get a better lactic acid burn. When i use something like 5X5 with as heavy weight as possible, I will get fatigued and go to failure...but the failure is from fatigu and not from lactic acid.
But the 5X5, worked great for about 8 weeks. i continually went up the 5 lbs and I noticed great strength gain...but then everything leveled off.
Either way, I will use it again. I rotate routines about every 12 weeks, and I have 6 different ones that I use. They each have there benifits.
