On my first run of 5x5 (advanced), going very well, making some nice strength gains and enjoying it. Next week will be week 3, and my gym will be closed from Thu to Sun. It’s Thai new year so everything shuts down for 4 days, so nowhere to train.
So I’m going to miss Friday’s session. Should I do Friday's session the following Monday, or not worry that I missed it and just move on to Mondays workout on Monday, if you know what i mean.
Cheers for any thoughts on which would be best, or if it don’t make any difference either way.
Ps you know you’re addicted to the gym when your more pissed off about missing a workout than you are looking forward to celebrating the new year haha
