I've never even wore a shirt..
I know I wasn't done w/ the program but I was so pissed at the gym and jamming out to some heavy metal I put on 375 and did it 5 times pretty easily when the week before I could barely do it 3 times so I upped it to 400 and did 400, not so easily but once.. I do 1rm randomly when I'm pissed off as my strength is so much higher
