I am 38yrs old and have been back in the gym for 4mo. 5 days a week after not lifting for 5yrs mabie 6 weeks here and there and def. not eating right I am an easy gainer always have been but never had a hard time with the fat but the past 5 yrs its been hard to loose the fat. I have never had to work so hard to get into shape and strip off the fat. I have went from 5'6" 215lb to 190 in the past 4 mo. and have converted much to hard muscle I have learned alot from this board and I am on my weigh to see just how far I can go with my natural baody eating and lifting consistently thanks again for the wealth of knowledge that I have gotten for this board.
