20lbs 3rd week of first cycle..normal?

I gained 15 pounds on TBOL in about 2weeks, almost all of it water.

TBOL will make you retain allot of water?...is it pretty much like DBOL?
if taking TBOL for 4 weeks at beginning of primo cycle, then shouls I be taking sdomething for the bloat?
