Got back at it for the last week. I did first leg day in a long time. Pushed moderate weight.
Did leg extensions, smith machine squats, hammy curls, hack squat machine and leg press machine up to five plates each side.
That went well and knee did not hurt as bad during or next day.
Shoulder taking it a little more easy. I thing it will be harder to heal.
Still did 5 days upper body. Shoulder day was my lightest. Shoulder still has a long way to go. But at least I am back in the gym.
