So almost at end of the cycle.
Today met with coach. We took a few measurements at beginning.
Right bicep 15 1/4. Now 16 1/4
Left bicep 15. Now 15 1/4
Keep in mind these are the day after my off day with zero pump. Right arm showed a decent gain. I have seen 16 before but this extra 1/4” is new. Left arm did not show much gain. When he looked at my symmetry he noticed the left arm looked flat. Also remember my right shoulder is still jacked so right arm work outs have been 90%.
So with all that in mind we did an arm day.
Everything single armed 5 set reps of 12-15
Overhead cable curls slow
Seated preacher curl on cable machine 5 set
Cable kick back
Cable cross body down
Rope cable machine hammer curls
Dumbell cross body curl
Dumbell isolated curl
Lay down dumbell tricep
Dumbell hammer curl with full twist
Cable machine rope behind back tricep
I think that was all. Today I focused on the mind muscle connection and not the weight so much.
My strength has gone up in both arms.
Now the crazy part of all this. We measured both arms after the work out.
The right arm only went from 16-1/4 to 16-1/2
The left arm 15-1/4 to 16
That shows that the right arm stays fuller.
Of course I now know I need to work on the left arm size. And of course size over all.
Also chest grew from 41” - 42 1/2”
Bad news waist grew across naval 32-35 1/2”
Not worried about waist that’s cause if 4000 calories a day and not doing cardio. Just trying to get bigger.
I am now going back to 2500-3000 calories and back at cardio.
Hoping to shrink middle and keep gains.
This cycle was a lot of first for me and kind of an experiment. I truly enjoy seeing what the body can do and how it reacts to change.
