Approved Log 2023 Test, Deca, Sarm cycle log

I have other trade in stuff I eat through out the week.
Steak, hamburger meat, tuna, ground chicken and turkey.
Potatoes (wish I liked sweet potatoes), cream of wheat, Dave’s everything bagels and buns,
Salads, zucchini, squash, cucumber etc…
 
Meal plan going forward for awhile. Going back to what works for me.
2500 calories
35% carbs
40% protein
25% fat

Typical day.
Breakfast; 6 egg whites,
60 g oatmeal measured dry
Cinnamon
1 serving sugar free pancake syrup

Snack
30 almonds
1 banana

Lunch
1 cup brown rice
200 g chicken breast oven roasted
Broccoli or green beans
Sauce - sugar free bbq
Cherry tomatoes for look and texture.

Dinner
1 whole avocado
200 g chicken breast
Cherry tomatoes
Bolt house ranch
Broccoli or green beans

Evening snack
3 chocolate Quaker rice cakes
2 tbls natural Peanut butter
2 tbls natural jelly

Might swap out some chicken so I can have a protein shake

Sunday was Easter so lots of carbs and sugar at family event. Did not meal prep on Sunday like normal. Monday and Tuesday works got out of control so I didn’t eat full amounts of food. Then dad went In hospital Tuesday eve.
Life got in the way. Woke up today (wed) at 197 lbs. hopefully I can meal prep tonight.
Todays lunch will be simple. Cream of wheat (made with less water so a rice consistency)
And couple tuna creation packages.
Breakfast will be fine 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites,turkey sausage, little cheese and salsa. Banana for a snack.

Was finally back to gym. Felt great. Few days off did good. Worked out with a co worker and is always nice to have someone pushing you. Shoulder actually did well. Didn’t hurt as bad. Did chest and was actually able to go a little deeper than normal. Did barbell flat bench. It usually kills my shoulder. Today did 4 sets of 10 for 135. Don’t laugh I don’t push heavy. Thigh cable high medium and low 4 set 12 each slow and isolated. Seated cable press 4 sets single arm for 12. Pec deck 4 set 15 85-115 lb. 4 sets 15 straight arm cross body bucket raise 25 lb dumbell.
4 set 10 inclined dumbell 45, 55, 55 last set was 70lb 4 reps.
Did trap raises seated and standing.
Stopped there while feeling good. Switched to bi ceps.
Single hand preacher curl 4 set 12 25 lb slow.
Hammer curls 4 set 12 40lb dumbbell.
Cross body 4 set 12 30 lb dumbbells
Ez curl bar 40,50lb 4 set 12 reverse grip
30 minute dry sauna

I thought I posted this last week. Guess not.
I got my PRP shots 5 days ago. I have to take two weeks off then ease back into it. I got one shot in shoulder and another in my knee.
I will let y’all know how it wors

I have been pushing as hard as my body would allow. Pain and age has definitely limited some success. We are trying this PRP and hoping it works. If not shoulder surgery is in the future. It could take more than one round of PRP. We shall see.
I am still going to gym so I don’t loose my motivation. Just not lifting for another week.
It’s driving me nuts. Last night I did left arm curls. Since that arm is smaller figured couldn’t hurt.
 
I've had PRP in both my neck and back with great success. Needed one round each time. Hope you heal well. Injuries really suck. You just gotta do what you can do and keep plugging away. Keep us informed on how your doing. Good luck!!

Diet is still good down to about 2500 Dailey.
Training is just some cardio, ab work .
Hard to do anything that doesn’t use shoulder or hip.

also how about you do some lower body, think light legs etc we'd love to see you back on the horse

Did leg extensions, smith machine squats, hammy curls, hack squat machine and leg press machine up to five plates each side.
That went well and knee did not hurt as bad during or next day.
Shoulder taking it a little more easy. I thing it will be harder to heal.
Still did 5 days upper body. Shoulder day was my lightest. Shoulder still has a long way to go. But at least I am back in the gym.

Oh man that’s a horribly embarrassing question to ask me. My chest is my weakest part.
Taken several year just to get what little chest I have. Honest answer is off cycle I incline dumbells about 70 for 8-10 reps.
Flat bench I don’t do cause it tears up my shoulder. Max there has only been about 165
On cycle those numbers go up.
I have found I get better mind muscle connection at lower weight higher reps. Lots of cable work.
My shoulders try to take over too much. I am still learning to do chest properly. It’s hard for me.
Worst part is since shoulder injury I can’t even do push ups. It’s a mess.
I’m am working through it.

i tore my right shoulder a decade ago. after trying my best to work through it and an MRI and physical therapy later i asked my PT point blank 'will i ever be able to lift heavy again'. he looked at me and said 'no'

learn that you won't be able to lift heavy. you can lift heavy for lower body, but upper body avoid inclines and militaries and don't go heavy. you don't need to lift heavy to gain muscle or strength anyway.

bro too much fapping. same thing happen to cousin. he hurt shoulder. poor kid was austistic
 
Actually I’m not bad at incline or overhead press. Even military is good.
Side felt and rear delt are good moves.
Flat bench or front raise is a pain monster.
Bicep triceps all good. But if I am on slight incline, then curl. If elbow drops back a little it is a no go!!

But come to the gym and do two hours of super sets with me.

Nothing special to report. Just eating the same boring old menu. That’s what works for me.
Since I am off cycle and out of bulking mode. I just backed off volume of food. Have not tracked in a few weeks since it is eat and repeat. Probably about 2500 calories.
40 protein
40 carbs
20 fat
I have dropped back to my static weight.
Currently waking up about 190. Gonna take off a few more lbs and get abs back showing.

Ya I don’t get it. I seem to get bigger and fuller on cycle.
But some of the fullness is not wanted. After cycles or if I cut I go back to where I was. It’s like this is where my body wants to be.
I am sure I have some muscle memory and it will come back.
I do realize that once you come off a cycle you need to continue lifting heavy and hard. Of course I think that is part of it this time. I came off and have been in a modified lifting state with injuries. Also keep in mind I am older and my cycles are not strong or over the top. Staying healthy is important at this age. I can’t be reckless like a young person. I am hitting it pretty good again. Diet is good but low so I’m trying to get my abs uncovered again. I still meal prep but just not eating as much as on cycle.
