2009 A Reflection Into ef Memebers cycles past

Every month We have a cycles thread for the month. Its something I have tried to stay on top of every month. With the help of other members we have kept up this tradition for many years now. I thought this year it would be cool for all of us to see a reflection of our cycles past.

Many of us had a good year this your on ef. We have lost some members and gained some members too. Friends of come and friends have moved on for all of us. For me I never forget a single on of them and they will always be dear to me. But its been said I am of a different bread lol... I am sure looking threw the threads we can all see members we have not seen in a wile. If you ever get the time reach out and send a pm to one of them. They should never be forgotten because no matter how long or short they were a part of this site they still added to us all,learned with us,shared with us, and made this site better if only for a moment.

Another reason for this thread is so that each one of us can reflect on our past cycles. What we gained, what we could have gained, what we have learned since that cycle and what we may still need to learn about. Threw each on of these threads I have seen members rise up and help one another. Share with each other and help others grow. I have seen new members talk off running and become great vets/mods/mentors to others.

2009 was a good year at least as much as I can see. I think we should all give our self a pat on the back. Many sites out there may dog on ef for what ever reasons but this is true for anyone one the outside of something looking in. For thous of us on the inside we know the truth. We know what ef is really all about.

Of course we have had our flaws. We have had our ups and our downs threw 2009 but we always make the best of everything. No other steroid site on the net has come together as we have. They may have a fake bullshit since of " friend ship" or "the in crowd" feel. But we at ef are the only true Band of brothers. No matter what I they can never take that from us.

Let us talk about our past cycles in this thread. Who we learned from, what we learned, what we could learn in 2010. Let us all reflect on ef's year of 2009. What we gained, what we lost, and what we hope for the up coming year.

Let us all Rise up and take 2010 by the horns and make it our bitch. We have accomplished to much together but there is much to be done.

Nothing will stand in our way. :beer:

Actually, there are so many exciting things that happened this year.

Think about it...

On this site alone, you have more than a bunch of good bros, you have people who work tgether with respect. Vets, pros, young blood, all contributing on a daily basis.

Yes Guardian was a friend to us al and digger was one hell of a friend and leader. We all took a hit when we lost these two great men. Let us never forget how they inspired us all and what they have given us.

Def some great new stuff out there I've been reading about!! A lot more to come also, which I am excited about.
I have gotten back into the lifting game more seriously this year, mostly starting again strong this past september. Already down in a lot of bf and up in muscle, Thanks to 1 shredder stack, and on my 2nd run right now!
2010 should bring me my 2nd injectable cycle, 5 years since my 1st one! So I am looking to really put the pedal down and make some huge gains in 2010. Great having a mindset for training again and meeting such great people on, and especially, OFF the boards has been huge for me!!
2010 will be huge for us!! EF Rocks!!!

Best cycle of 2009 for me had to be:

750mg/wk test e
500mg/npp
40mg/beastdrol

Needto helped me get back to basic movements and heavy lifting and I gained like crazy. You can check out my cycle log in the appropriate section.

I think 2010 will be a year where I try to keep things in moderation. I like the size I'm at and just want to keep it lean and mean. Maybe run one big cycle and then cruise alot.

Looking forward to seeing all my friends around in 2010. Thank's EF.
