Second - I asked if you 'wanted' any feedback, not that I was going to give it whether you liked it or not. If you don't want it, I won't give it. I figured since you posted up your diet - you wanted someone to say "something."

I ODNT CARE IF ANYONE COMMENTS AS I SAID.

Third - You are eating too little for your bodyweight if you are training heavy, etc. I would imagine moderating on a fitness board you are training pretty hard - not assuming. I don't equate the amount of food and type I was going to suggest - had you wanted any feedback - to be because I thought you were "ON"...only to help you realize the diet wasn't nutritionally 'sound' as you posted it. Simple as that. Only looked at your calories consumed. And why wouldn't you post up the amounts? Are you trying to educate others or get feedback???

HOW CAN YOU KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES ANOTHER SHOULD CONSUME WHEN CUTTING??

AND PLEASE - DEFINE "SOUND"

I ASKED YOU HOW MANY CALS YOU CONSUME WHEN YOU DIET DOWN AND I GOT NO REPLY...

IF YOU HAD SKIMMED THEU THE THREAD YOU WOULD HAVE SSEN THAT FOR WEEKS I POSTED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS EATING...I ALSO MADE NUMEROUS REMARKS THAT UNLESS NOTED THE DIET WAS STAYING THE SAME.

And lastly...If you are a MOD - as a new member to this forum I would have expected a welcome reply or a more educated thread about why your diet is there and what it has or hasn't done for you. I wasn't trying to be a shit really - to be honest, I thought you were a female when I posted. I didn't look at the Avatar or any details about gender. I figured I was in the Women's forum and was posting reply to a female...and a big ass, lean one at that. So - for that "MY BAD" - but for you... C'mon - cut me some slack. THATS IS CORRECT.....THOSE WERE APPROX 270-300 CALS DEPENDING ON THE SIZE..THERE IS ALOS THE REFEED, MAINLY ON CARBS OBER THE WEEKEND.
--I just felt based upon the athletes I have assisted with nutrition that you were eating too little. Like I mentioned, I just wanted to know if you wanted any advice. I meant no ill will - I only take my time on the boards to try to help others, just as much as I learn from others.

NO..i HAVENT.....

iM CURIOUS THOUGH AS TO THE REASONING AS TO WHY YOU THINK IM EATING TOO LITTLE....iM EATING APPROX 13 CALS PER POUND OF WEIGHT...AND I HAVE DONE OF 3 TOTAL CARDIO SESSIONS.....


SO 13X BODYWEIGHT FOR CUTTING - LESS THAN 1 HIIT CARDIO SESSION PER WEEK - YOU STATED YOU WERE DOWN TO 1800 OR SO CALS ON YOUR PRE DIET...WHAT WAS YOUR WEIGHT?


THE BODY FAT TEST AND WEIGHT ARE POSTED A FEW POST ABOVE FOR REFERENCE
