First off thanks for all the advice everyone!
My current diet , for example one day would be
Breakfast 6 am
Eggs , bacon, toast, potatoes
10 am
Oatmeal, bagel, granola, etc
Lunch
Tuna, avocado, sandwich, yoghurt, protien shake
3pm
Sandwich , banana / more fruit
Supper
Chicken or beef or lamb, pasta noodles , salad ,
8 pm after gym session
Protien shake + some other snack
... I've been consuming the dbol 50's for about 3 days now , I have not yet started test yet , also yet to search the research forum like I should have done to begin with but thanks for all the help and support
A few observations here;
Why would you start randomly popping pills without knowing how to take them?
This diet has a ton of white flour = TOO MUCH sugar....
Only training a year and @ 22 you'd be smart to wait on the juice....
