1st cycle

First off thanks for all the advice everyone!

My current diet , for example one day would be

Breakfast 6 am
Eggs , bacon, toast, potatoes

10 am
Oatmeal, bagel, granola, etc

Lunch
Tuna, avocado, sandwich, yoghurt, protien shake

3pm
Sandwich , banana / more fruit

Supper
Chicken or beef or lamb, pasta noodles , salad ,

8 pm after gym session
Protien shake + some other snack


... I've been consuming the dbol 50's for about 3 days now , I have not yet started test yet , also yet to search the research forum like I should have done to begin with but thanks for all the help and support

A few observations here;

Why would you start randomly popping pills without knowing how to take them?

This diet has a ton of white flour = TOO MUCH sugar....

Only training a year and @ 22 you'd be smart to wait on the juice....

I did a cycle of dbol 10s about 3 months ago now doing the 50s I think it's a bit overkill myself like I don't need pct for these alone correct ? And how much sugar do I want to limit myself too I never thought about te white flour so I suppose cutting out bread would be a asset yes ?

YES YOU NEED A PCT! And at 50mgs a day you're running the risk of gyno.

Cutting out white flour, white starches all together......white starch is very easily stored as fat

I don't think you're getting what everyone is saying; STOP you have no idea what you're doing, we're trying to save you some serious/long term damage to your body....

Don't do it, you don't need to do it yet. It can mess you up big time, esp if your thinking you won't need PCT after dbol. Huge mistake.
Listen to EZ, drop the white/refined flour. Have brown rice, wholemeal bread,brown pasta.
Don't have chicken or beef or lamb.
Have chicken AND beef.
Protein needs to be around 1.5-1.75g / lb
Your diet will lead to gains. Trust me.

I would even try Test and Deca together for your first cycle. I gainined about 25 pounds doing that and I ate like a horse. Make sure and eat.
 
Terrible recommendation, he has to learn how to use AAS, how to eat and train, and what PCT is LONG BEFORE juicing
