Your right. My lats are gone. I am doing what I can to hang on to what I have. Having a partially torn bicep tendon makes it impossible to do wide grip pullups or anything similar. It sucks.
My diet is shaping back up day by day.
I am having oatmeal with grapefruit juice in the morning for breakfast.
I am also eating a huge sweet potato with dinner now too.
No more cheat meals either.
Lunch is 4 pc's of whole grain bread with All natural, unsalted peanut butter.
I think 245 is within reach. 12% body fat may be more likely though.
I found a picture from 10 years ago when I drank all the time and just ate subs and junk food. Its a riot! I will post it when I can scan it.
