My diet is shaping back up day by day.
I am having oatmeal with grapefruit juice in the morning for breakfast.
I am also eating a huge sweet potato with dinner now too.
No more cheat meals either.
Lunch is 4 pc's of whole grain bread with All natural, unsalted peanut butter.
I think 245 is within reach. 12% body fat may be more likely though.

I found a picture from 10 years ago when I drank all the time and just ate subs and junk food. Its a riot! I will post it when I can scan it.

I was reading Yate's book and how he worked around his bicep tear.

(1) Palms down on all movements.
(2) A much more narrow grip on all movements, which actually give him better results.
(3) Straps, so he could think "pulling from elbows", actually relax the hand itself, taking the bi out of the movement.

Front pull down, about 24 " grip,
BB rows, grip no wider than thighs, 70 degress
One arm rows, thumb up

I ate like crap Sunday... all day. Monday I felt like I put a few pounds on. I hopped on the scale and it said 237.5. I hate it when that happens. I was hoping more for 245 or so.
 
I stepped on the scale and I was 242 yesterday. I feel like a total fat ass being over 10% body fat! Anyone else have that problem?
My waist is up an inch. Its so depressing.
Instead of waiting until March to get real lean again I may start in January. I can't handle being fat. It screws with my head.
Two other things happened that are effecting me too. I aggrevated my disks in my back again. I am having trouble walking. I look like and old man (still put up 275 on the incline.. Yay).
The other... its so embarrassing. I stopped by my buddies store. He runs a bunch of shows etc and works out a lot. Well, I sat on a metal stool and we were talking for a while when the stool collapsed beneath me. The metal bent and the welds broke. I feel like such a lard ass! It must have been pretty funny though. I was flat on my back when it was over.

239.5 on an empty stomach at the Dr's today. I feel like a fat slob. I think I am slowly going to work back down to 8%... hopefully by March. Then I will go all out for 6 or 7% by June.
